Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Studio Fee Included?
The studio fees are not included in price of your session. Each studio has different pricing but most are usually in the $100 per hour range.
Do you Offer Hair and Makeup Packages?
I do not include hair and makeup in any of my packages. Currently I do not have my own studio space to host you for hair and makeup application, so please arrive to your session with your hair and makeup done.
I have a list of hair and makeup artists I can recommend for you to book.
What is your Turnaround Time?
You will recieve your edited images from me within 2 weeks of your shoot. If you are looking to get an album printed, schedule your session 2 months before you would like to recieve the album. Turnaround times for printers vary depending on the time of year.
Do you have recommendations for printing services?
Yes! You will recieve your photos from me via Pic-Time, an online gallery. You will be able to print photos, create albums and other products, straight from the Pic-Time shop. Products are printed from my preferred print shops in the GTA.
Can you Photoshop me?
I do not alter the way you look other than skin blemishes or anything temporary that would not normally be there (bruise, scrape, acne, etc.). If you are self conscious about something, please let me know and I will be sure to be extra aware of that while I’m posing you.

I found Effie on Instagram by accident but it was the best accident that could have happen! I wanted to get branding photos done but I didn’t like a lot of photographer I found (I’m just super picky). She scheduled a call with me and within 5 seconds of our phone call I was hiring her even thought the call went longer than that. She answered all my questions and I let her run the show because I have never done professional photos before. When we met the day of our photos she was so chill and everyone that helped me out the day of the shoot loved her. She is so sweet she even bought her own dog for my photoshoot! I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer! I also got my photos the next day which I wasn’t expecting and thought I would be waiting for weeks! Thank you Effie so much!!
