I’ve been photographing gardens, landscapes and interiors for over 10 years. I’ve had the chance to work with many award winning landscapers and builders from around the GTA.

SESSION FEE – $685
One session fee covers Landscape photos OR Interior photos
Please book 2 separate sessions if you require both to be photographed.
- Includes 8 digital images of your choice
- Delivered in an online gallery
- A variety of wide shots and detail images
- Includes drone images
*dependant on weather + proximity to airports
ADDITIONAL IMAGES
Can’t pick just 8 photos?
Additional image packages are available to purchase,
after your proofing gallery has been delivered.

*There will be a travel fee for sessions further than 45km of Hamilton – see travel fee’s below

SKIP THE EDIT QUEUE
Proofing galleries are normally delivered between 1-2 weeks after photoshoot day.
If you need your photos quicker, you can skip the queue and I will start editing your photos straight away!

VIDEO WALKTHROUGH
Receive a 1 minute highlight video of the project, edited to royalty free music (good for YouTube), or your choice of music for Instagram Reels.
Delivered in 1080p (HD) via google drive.

VIDEO EDITING
Have a project in mind for TikTok, Reels or your website? I can help bring your vision to life with photos and videos that you provide.

THE DETAILS
SERVICE AREA
- Projects in the GREEN area do not require any travel fee.
- Projects in the YELLOW area is subject to a $90 travel fee.
- Projects in the RED area are subject to a $150 travel fee
COPYRIGHTS
Only your company has the rights to the images you purchased. You may submit photos to competitions.
If you worked with another contractor or company on a project that would like to use the images, please have them contact me. They will be able to purchase the rights to the images they would like to use.
BILLING
3 weeks before your shoot: You will receive a contract and invoice for a 50% deposit for all services you have booked that week. The invoice must be paid that week.
Week of your shoot: You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance of all services you have booked that week.
1-2 weeks after your shoot: You will receive your proofing gallery. You will be able to select the 8 photos included in your package, or purchase additional images.

A DAYTIME SESSION IS RECOMMENDED FOR INTERIOR PROJECTS:
- Daytime sessions can be booked on any day.
- Make note of what time you get the most natural light in the room(s) you want photos of.
A SUNSET SESSION IS RECOMMENDED FOR LANDSCAPE PROJECTS:
- These shoots must be booked Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
- These shoots start approx. 1 hour before sunset and end approx. 1 hour after sunset.
- Thursdays and Fridays are reserved as rain dates for that weeks bookings. *
